I love the Olympics. And I love the leadership of Simone Biles and Suni Lee.
As so many of us humans know, it is remarkably hard when we need to let go of something, stop doing what we identify with, step aside in leadership. Yet Simone did it so well. She moved from leading in front to leading from behind.
And when the leader role in front opened, Suni Lee stepped in and up.
Two amazing champions.
