The lingering effects of the last two years – challenges with children, parents, staffing, and employment, health and financial issues, among countless others – are causing many of us to struggle. Adding to the strain, we’re disconnected from our broader communities due to quarantines, zooming, and reduced travel.

Let’s remember that humans are meant to thrive in community. In Blue Zones, where people live the longest and are the healthiest, a key characteristic is deep connection – a sense that everyone is valued and belongs.

Find your people again (or anew) and engage richly. Reconstitute and reconvene peer groups, book circles, supper clubs, extended family, and the friends you have made or wish to make.
