As everyone is examining everything these days, many are searching for their purpose outside of – or as an extension to – their career. Is it another master’s degree complementary to their field, or in a different, more intriguing subject? A trade certification or a doctorate they have been putting off for years? The practical Executive MBA? On-campus, on-line, or both?
The heart of the question is: What will prepare us best to participate in and contribute to this new world of work and culture we find ourselves in? We’re looking for programs that enhance our creativity, collaboration, communication, effectiveness, and leadership within and among major systems, diverse people and perspectives, and issues that are critical for our world.
I want all of us to have more of that.
