It is not only a time of The Great Resignation in organizations, but also The Great Retirement. So many people are beginning to speak of retiring from their long, accomplished careers. And, I would say some who are delivering their resignations may, in fact, be embarking on what will become their retirement – they will never re-enter the workforce.
The most oft-asked question for those announcing retirement plans is, “What will you do next?” I loved one person’s answer: Stop working.
