Kuchler invited Nancy to lead a presentation on candor during the annual CEO Think Tank retreat in June. Kuchler’s article highlights her greatest takeaways from that presentation including sharing vulnerabilities, choosing effectiveness over righteousness, and having conversations that are about listening and learning rather than responding.
