Nancy Eberhardt and colleague Karen Conrad are leading the 2017 Executive Leadership Institute for the Virginia Bankers Association (VBA). This leadership development program is designed to enhance the leadership, organization and performance skills of highly-motivated, high-potential upper level bankers.

The first of five sessions was held February 2nd and 3rd, and addressed “The Power of Authentic Leadership.” The remaining 2-day sessions will focus on strategic planning, improving relationships and results through improved communication, coaching teams for accountability, and leading business growth.

Nancy and Karen are long-time partners of the VBA. They have co-led this leadership development program several times over the past decade.
