Nancy Eberhardt presented to the VA Council of CEOs at their annual retreat on April 3. She delivered a workshop titled “America’s Got Talent: Not!” which addressed the challenges leadership have in recruiting and hiring the best people. Noting common missteps such as hiring solely on technical skills rather than passion for the job, Nancy provided participants with key takeaways to help them focus on the right things to enhance their teams and organizations and drive growth and success.
