Nancy Eberhardt presented the keynote address to hundreds of leaders from across the country at the 75th National Conference of the United Methodist Association in St. Petersburg, Florida on March 11.

Nancy’s keynote, titled “The Hardest Part of Strategy – Just Do It,” addressed a common business issue as many organizations have a history of setting lofty goals yet report low levels of follow-through and commitment and no real sense of accomplishment or fun during the execution stage. Nancy presented the Gazelles™ method of Strategic Thinking and Execution Planning, used successfully throughout organizations worldwide to achieve rapid and gratifying completion of strategic priorities.
