On November 4 & 5, Nancy Eberhardt attended the Bank Director Magazine Conference on Bank Executive & Board Compensation in Chicago. The two-day event focused on recruitment, development and compensation for the banking industry’s most essential talent. This year, the conference included a look at how future mergers may affect compensation and a peer exchange forum for like-sized banks to share challenges and solutions.
